Fancy text creator
Most generators give you a fixed list of styles. The Fancy Text Creator lets you design your own. Choose a Unicode character for every letter and number, add symbols above, through, below, left or right of any character, and watch your text change as you go.
When you like the result, tap the preview to copy it, save the style in your browser, or share it with a link. You can also start from an existing style such as bold script or bubble and change only the letters you want.
How to create your own fancy text
Type your text in the box above. Pick a letter or number, then choose a character for it from the list. Repeat for the letters you want to change, or press Surprise me for a random mix. Use the symbol menus to add marks above, through or below a character, or a symbol on its left or right side.
Save, edit and share
Press Save style to keep the style in this browser. You can keep up to 50 styles, open them in My Styles, edit them and delete them. Share style copies a link that contains your settings, so anyone who opens it sees the same style.
Tips for good-looking styles
Start with an existing style and change only a few letters. Keep symbols light, because many marks on every letter make text hard to read. Use the both-case option to style capital and small letters together.
What to expect
Some characters only look like the letter they replace. They may not be read as the original letter by screen readers, search tools or translation tools, so use created styles for decoration only.

Frequently asked questions
Are these real fonts?
No. A style is a set of Unicode characters chosen for each letter and number. It is not a font file, and some characters only look similar to the letter they stand for.
How many styles can I save?
You can create and copy as many styles as you like. You can save up to 50 styles in your browser. If you clear your browser data, they are removed.
Can I edit a saved style?
Yes. Open My Styles, press Edit, change the style and press Save changes.
Are share links safe?
A share link contains your style settings, so it can be long. The length is normal. It holds only the style, not your text.
Are these real fonts?
No. They are Unicode characters that look like different fonts, so they work in any app that supports Unicode text. Nothing needs to be installed.
Do they work everywhere?
Almost everywhere. Very old devices or apps may show empty boxes for rare symbols.
Are they accessible?
Not fully. Screen readers often skip these characters or read them letter by letter, so avoid them for important information.
Is it free?
Yes. There is no sign-up and no limit. The tool runs in your browser.
How do I change fonts on Instagram?
Instagram has no font options of its own. Type your text here, tap a style to copy it, then paste it into your bio, caption or comment.
How do I get more fonts on WhatsApp?
WhatsApp only offers bold, italic and a few more. Style your message here first, then paste it into the chat.
